Job Title: Admin Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and energetic Admin Officer for our call center night shift. The role involves handling routine admin tasks, staff transport (van) coordination, inventory management, and local purchases to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage routine administrative tasks during night operations.
· Handle van/transport issues and ensure timely staff pick & drop coordination.
· Address general admin issues and provide quick resolutions.
· Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
· Manage local purchases and ensure availability of office supplies.
· Support management with day-to-day operational requirements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
· 1–2 years of experience in administration/operations (Call Center Experience is a plus).
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and coordination abilities.
· Willing to work in night shift.
