Job Summary:

SS Scientific System is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Handle supplier and customer account reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (Sales Tax, Income Tax, WHT) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
  • Support management in cost control and financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / ACCA Part Qualified preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks / Peachtree / ERP).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
