About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Product Associate
to join our digital product team. The Product Associate will play a critical role in supporting product development, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and passionate about building innovative digital products that deliver real value to users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze product usage data and user feedback to uncover insights and propose improvements.
  • Requirement Gathering & Documentation
  • Assist in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and preparing acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating requirements clearly.
  • Product Development Process
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Support QA processes by reviewing test cases, validating features, and identifying edge scenarios.
  • Contribute to release notes, feature documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Prototyping & Tools
  • Support wireframing and mockup discussions using tools like Figma or Miro.
  • Leverage no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Bubble, Zapier) for quick MVPs or internal process automation.
  • Be able to use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Vibe Coding) to prototype, automate, or experiment with product features when needed.
  • User-Centric Focus
  • Ensure user needs are reflected in product decisions.
  • Contribute to improving the customer journey and overall product experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a product, business analyst, or digital project role (internship experience also considered).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, or BI dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and ability to review wireframes critically.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Trello, Notion).

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Airtable, Bubble, Zapier).
  • Familiarity with
    AI-assisted coding / Vibe Coding concepts
    for quick prototyping.
  • Understanding of digital product metrics (conversion, churn, LTV, CAC).
  • Awareness of data privacy and security practices (GDPR, secure development basics).
