Product Operations Associate - Karachi, Pakistan - (Full-time)

Propellus is a travel-tech startup incorporated in Singapore, revolutionizing how people apply for visas through our AI-powered SaaS platform. As we expand operations, we're seeking a motivated Product Operations Associate (based in Karachi, Pakistan) to support our Product team. You will help with market/competitor research, product guides and short videos, UAT, customer support follow-ups, and day-to-day product operations for smooth sprint delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Run competitor/market research (features, pricing, UX); deliver concise briefs; analyze feedback/trends/business goals with AI; flag opportunities/risks with cited sources; maintain a living research log.
  • Execute test cases; capture repro steps; log issues clearly; verify fixes against acceptance criteria.
  • Produce guides, FAQs, and release notes; create short product videos for different audiences.
  • Triage tickets; gather context; log recurring issues; convert common questions into FAQs/playbooks.
  • Design and run A/B tests (hypothesis, metrics, guardrails); document outcomes and recommendations.
  • Capture traveler data and behavior via analytics (clean event tagging, funnels, cohorts); serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, including support escalations.
  • Monitor KPIs and adoption; share insights and next steps with the product team.
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, documentation, and synthesis while keeping sources and assumptions clear.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business or related; 0–2 years relevant experience.
  • Clear written English, strong note-taking, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, basic spreadsheets, and project trackers (Jira/Asana/Trello/Notion).
  • Able to record concise Loom videos and annotate screenshots.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Templates, SLAs, checklists; strong documentation habits.
  • Nice to have: Figma/Canva basics, SaaS exposure (B2B/B2C), QA/UAT knowledge, interest in travel tech.
