We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, working with medical data, and building AI-driven solutions that enhance healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models tailored to healthcare applications (e.g., predictive diagnostics, patient risk modeling, clinical decision support).
  • Work with large, structured and unstructured healthcare datasets, including EHRs, imaging data, and lab results.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and healthcare professionals to define AI use cases and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Monitor and optimize model performance and scalability in real-world applications.
  • Document processes, experiments, and results in a structured and reproducible manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least one year in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with healthcare standards and data formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, validation, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) applied to clinical notes.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, ethics in AI, and bias mitigation in healthcare models.
  • Contributions to healthcare AI research or publications.
