Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models, working with large datasets, and optimizing ML algorithms for real-world applications. This is an onsite role in the EST time zone, requiring hands-on experience in building scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, including Generative AI solutions.
  • Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and optimize for training.
  • Develop and fine-tune deep learning and transformer-based models (GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
  • Implement and optimize NLP, computer vision, and generative AI applications.
  • Deploy and manage AI/ML models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with Generative AI models, LLMs (GPT, BERT, Llama), and diffusion models.
  • Proficiency in NLP, computer vision, and deep learning architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps and model deployment on cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and big data processing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills; a strong closer is preferred for client-facing discussions and interview closures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in the EST time zone.
