About the Role

We are looking for a
Techno-Functional ERP Specialist
who can effectively manage our ERP implementation and ongoing operations across multiple restaurant departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
ERP workflows, accounting basics, supply chain processes, restaurant production cycles, and POS operations.

This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and leadership-driven person
capable of handling inter-department coordination, training, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will work closely with a
skilled and collaborative team
, learn the core functionalities of our ERP system, and train back-office staff to streamline the entire operational flow — from
Purchases → Inter-Branch Transfers → Production → POS Selling → Financial Impacts
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day ERP operations across restaurant departments.
  • Learn and master the core modules of our ERP system.
  • Train Back-Office Staff on purchases, inventory, production, POS, and financial integrations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and communicate technical requirements to the ERP team.
  • Ensure accurate data flow from operations to financials.
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for ERP processes.
  • Lead and guide teams from different departments during implementations or updates.
  • Support continuous process improvements and operational optimization.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of basic
    Accounting

    concepts.
  • Ability to learn technical ERP processes and translate them for users.
  • Excellent communication and inter-department coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership ability and team management capability.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience working with restaurant operations or ERP systems is a
    big plus
    .
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past experience in ERP implementation or support (restaurant ERP is a plus).
  • Experience in training or onboarding users.
  • Ability to document workflows and create SOPs.
  • Understanding of POS, recipe/production systems, and inventory management.
