We are a rapidly expanding insurance solutions company helping families across the U.S. secure peace of mind through affordable final expense coverage. We're looking for driven Final Expense Closers to join our Rawalpindi-based office and help convert warm leads into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with pre-qualified leads.
  • Close final expense insurance sales through consultative conversations.
  • Clearly explain policy features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process with empathy and professionalism.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (Final Expense is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and closing skills in English.
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work onsite in our Rawalpindi office (night shift).
