We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Inside Sales Specialist to join our ICT solutions and services team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and driving sales of ICT solutions including cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, software, and managed IT services. You will collaborate with external sales teams and technical specialists to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for ICT solutions and services.

Qualify leads and build a healthy sales pipeline through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Present ICT solutions (cloud, networking, security, collaboration tools, managed services, etc.) to prospects and existing clients.

Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions aligned with their IT and business strategy.

Support account executives in preparing proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales metrics.Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure proper solution design and delivery.

Stay updated on ICT trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in ICT, IT services, or technology solutions.

Strong understanding of ICT solutions such as cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers (IT Managers, CIOs, procurement teams).

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience selling SaaS, managed services, or enterprise ICT solutions.

Familiarity with ICT vendors/partners (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, VMware, Fortinet).

Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in business terms.
