Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior US Recruiter, based in the Karachi Division. The Senior US Recruiter will actively manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for U.S.-based roles. The role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding recruitment needs, and employing various strategies to attract top-tier talent. The recruiter will also ensure compliance with local and international hiring standards and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies and utilizing talent acquisition tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and hiring practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in U.S.-based recruitment is highly desirable
