Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Officer located in Karāchi. The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, handling employee relations, payroll administration, leave management, overseeing other HR functions, and developing job descriptions to align with organizational goals. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the organization's recruitment and talent development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Policies
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources functions and Employee Relations
  • Experience in Job Description Development
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in relevant jurisdictions
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications like SHRM/PHR are a plus)
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role and familiarity with a corporate environment
