Brand Executive Core Responsibilities

The Brand Executive is responsible for supporting the Brand Manager and Brand Director in the execution of marketing and branding strategies across all branches, with a focus on coordination, documentation, and expense management.

Detailed Duties and Tasks Brand Strategy & Coordination

  • Assist the Brand Manager and Brand Director in all brand-related activities and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers across all cities to manage ongoing brand activities and resolve operational queries.
  • Ensure shop branding and outdoor advertisements adhere strictly to company standards and guidelines.

Operational & Material Management

  • Process and fulfill orders for all necessary branding materials (including print and advertising collateral) requested by various branches.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to resolve problems or queries raised by brand managers across all branches in the region related to branding or advertising execution.
  • Manage documentation related to both interior and exterior branding assets.

Reporting and Financial Analysis

  • Gather and analyze image shop sales data from all cities on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Compile and submit a weekly report detailing image shop sales performance.
  • Prepare and submit a monthly expense report for all branches.
  • Check, analyze, and process the reimbursement of branding expenses for all branches on a monthly cycle.

Events and Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with the wider brand team during major events, including product launch events and media meet-ups.
  • Execute other tasks as assigned by the department head.

Education: Graduation (16 years of education)

Experience (Fresh - 2 years)
