As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be a key driver of the brand, responsible for planning, developing, and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and meticulous project management to ensure a consistent and strong brand presence across all platforms and business units.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment across marketing efforts.

Campaign Execution: Help plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and experiential marketing, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, customer research, and trend monitoring to provide actionable insights for the brand and marketing teams.

Brand Communication: Support the creation of content for advertising, social media, website, and other marketing channels to ensure the brand's message is communicated clearly and consistently.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales, and operations) to ensure brand consistency across all channels and initiatives.

Project Management: Track and manage timelines for campaigns, working with internal and external teams to ensure deadlines are met and all deliverables are executed.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, brand health metrics, and customer feedback to ensure brand strategies are effective and make recommendations for optimization.

Event and Activation Support: Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, product launches, and activations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Content Creation and Approval: Help coordinate content creation for various platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and standards.

Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (preferred).

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.

Creative thinking and a passion for building brands and engaging consumers.

A collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
