Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier located in Rawalpindi. The Cashier will be responsible for managing transactions with customers, using cash registers to process payments, ensuring all transactions are accurate, handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Additionally, the Cashier will assist with balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift and ensuring an accurate count of cash is maintained.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cash handling, and using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Basic skills in time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in a retail setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
