Job Description:

Junior Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in our creative team. It's important to note that this position demands to adhere to company rules, policies, and senior directives, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment within the team.

With a
Benchmark of Minimum 7-10 Concepts average per day
, Junior Graphic Designers are required to perform the creation, design, and execution of visual components and process for SM Domain. Set of

responsibilities include:

· Working on Initial Drafts/Project initiation.

· Translate complex client needs conveyed by QA and Team Lead into easy-to-understand, captivating designs.

· Work closely with team members, managers, and others involved to clarify project objectives, scope, and outcomes.

· Maintain consistency and brand identity in all design aspects across various platforms.

· Guide and support Junior, Associate, Trainee and Intern designers in their work related requirements to cultivate a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

· Handle multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and design requirements while upholding high standards of quality, following company protocols and project management procedures.

· Adhere to company policies and senior directives to ensure smooth teamwork and alignment. Those are as follows:
