We are a growing [company/brand/agency] passionate about [industry focus – e.g., lifestyle, hospitality, e-commerce, etc.]. We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can bring strong design skills together with social media expertise to grow our online presence and engage our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create high-quality, engaging visual content (graphics, videos, animations, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform
  • Design digital assets for campaigns, ads, email marketing, and website needs
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align content with company goals
  • Stay updated on design tools, social media best practices, and creative trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media content work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills (bonus if bilingual [insert language, e.g., English/Spanish])
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for design & storytelling

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience
  • Photography skills
  • Paid advertising experience (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • SEO or content marketing knowledge
