Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer in Lahore. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conducting user research and usability testing, and iterating on design solutions based on feedback. The designer will ensure designs meet both user needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong UI/UX Design skills, including wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)
  • Experience with responsive design and creating user interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in user research methods and usability testing
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design
