Devsinc is seeking a motivated AI-Data Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) + Data Engineering with the ability to bridge advanced data engineering and applied artificial intelligence. In this role, you will design and optimize scalable data pipelines, architect and deploy machine learning solutions, and contribute to the development of next-generation Generative AI systems. This position provides a unique opportunity to work across the entire machine learning lifecycle, from raw data ingestion and transformation to delivering production-grade AI applications that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated ETL/ELT data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to build scalable and secure data + AI solutions.
  • Model, transform, and warehouse data (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse) to support analytics and AI workflows.
  • Engineer features and leverage Databricks and Spark for large-scale data processing, analytics, and ML workloads.
  • Design, train, and productionize ML models for classification, recommendation, forecasting, and NLP/CV tasks.
  • Build and deploy Generative AI solutions (RAG pipelines, LLM applications, agentic workflows) using LangChain/LangGraph, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Deploy and serve models via REST APIs and containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Contribute to MLOps & DataOps including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven and AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering and AI/ML Engineering.
  • Strong skills in Python and SQL for data transformation and ML workflows.
  • Experience in ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas) and data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2).
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud data services such as AWS Glue, GCP BigQuery, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT frameworks (dbt, Spark, Databricks) and orchestration tools (Airflow, ADF Pipelines, AWS Glue Workflows).
  • Experience with the LLM ecosystem (LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
  • Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL).
  • Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices, version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • A GitHub portfolio or project work demonstrating applied Data + AI solutions is highly preferred.
