*Job Title:* Team Lead, Social Media and Community Management (Twitch, Twitter, Discord)

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a highly experienced and passionate Team Lead to manage our online presence across Twitch, Twitter, and Discord. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our community, engage our audience, and maintain a consistent brand voice across these platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. *Strategy Development:* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for Twitch, Twitter, and Discord to increase community engagement, streaming quality, and brand awareness.

  2. *Team Management:* Lead a team of community managers, moderators, and content creators to ensure seamless execution of social media and community initiatives.

  3. *Content Creation:* Oversee the creation of high-quality content for Twitch, Twitter, and Discord, including live streams, videos, graphics, and written posts.

  4. *Community Engagement:* Foster a positive and inclusive community across all platforms, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and concerns.

  5. *Platform Management:* Manage and optimize Twitch, Twitter, and Discord channels, including setup, branding, and analytics tracking.

  6. *Collaboration:* Work closely with other teams (marketing, creative, product) to ensure aligned messaging and initiatives.

  7. *Analytics and Reporting:* Track and analyze performance metrics across all platforms, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

  8. *Policy Development:* Develop and maintain community guidelines, moderation policies, and content standards.

*Requirements:*

  1. 3+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or a related field.

  2. Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.

  3. Strong knowledge of Twitch, Twitter, and Discord platforms, including their respective features and best practices.

  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Nice to Have:*

  1. Experience with content creation, streaming, or video production.

  2. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Twitch Analytics).

  3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for custom Discord bots or Twitch extensions).
