Job Description:

Artnest Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Sales Executive to head our chat-based sales team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive performance, and help expand our client base across multiple social media platforms, including Discord, Twitter, Twitch, Kick, Facebook, and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chat-based sales executives.
  • Train, mentor, and monitor team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Engage with potential clients through various platforms to generate leads and close sales.
  • Promote Artnest Digital's services effectively and build long-term client relationships.
  • Track team performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure professional and friendly communication standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales and team leadership (digital sales experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with platforms like Discord, Twitter, Twitch, Kick, Facebook, and Instagram is a plus.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Freshers with exceptional leadership potential may also apply.

Shift Timings:

  • Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
