Role Overview:

As a PPC Specialist (Night Shift), you will be responsible for managing high-performing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for US-based clients. The goal is to maximize ROI through well-optimized campaigns and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and create high-converting ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Implement and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Data Studio to track conversions and performance metrics.
  • Manage PPC budgets, ensuring targets for CPC and CPA are met and exceeded.
  • Provide strategic insights into improving ad performance based on conversion rate analysis (CVR) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze and report performance metrics, ensuring optimization for CPC, ROAS, and CVR.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create ad visuals that resonate with target audiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in PPC/Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Advanced understanding of PPC campaign management, including ROAS, CPC, and CVR.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
  • Comfortable with working night shifts in Karachi (Mon-Sat, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with Google Ads Performance Max and Google Shopping campaigns.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
