Job Title: Research Executive – Quantitative

Department: Quantitative Research

Job Purpose:

To manage and execute quantitative research projects efficiently—from design to delivery—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights. The Research Executive plays a key role in supporting senior team members, managing client requirements, coordinating fieldwork, and conducting data analysis to generate meaningful conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research Design & Proposal Support

  • Assist in developing research proposals, sampling plans, and study designs.
  • Draft questionnaires aligned with project objectives and client needs.
  • Coordinate with the field and data processing teams to ensure accurate data collection.

2. Project Execution & Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth execution at all stages.
  • Monitor fieldwork progress and ensure data quality through spot checks and validations.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Field, DP, Finance, and Client Servicing) for project flow management.

3. Data Analysis & Interpretation

  • Check, clean, and validate datasets for accuracy.
  • Conduct basic to intermediate data analysis using Excel, SPSS, or other statistical tools.
  • Interpret findings to support the development of insights and recommendations.

4. Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare reports, charts, and presentations with clear, concise, and impactful storytelling.
  • Summarise key findings and assist in formulating actionable insights.
  • Contribute to client presentations and internal review meetings.

5. Client Management & Servicing

  • Support senior team members in maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Respond to client queries promptly and assist in delivering value through insights.
  • Ensure projects meet client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SPSS or other analytical tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or Social Sciences.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in quantitative market research (internships included).
