We are looking for an experienced Senior WordPress & Shopify Developer to join our team, focusing on building customized, user-friendly websites for our clients on both WordPress and Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theme and plugin customization, as well as a deep understanding of best practices in web development, SEO, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize WordPress and Shopify websites to meet our clients' specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to create seamless user experiences.
  • Write clear, effective, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP; familiarity with Shopify's Liquid templating language is a plus.
  • Customize themes and plugins for WordPress and Shopify to deliver unique client solutions.
  • Optimize website speed and load times using strategies such as caching and minification.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in WordPress and Shopify technologies, implementing relevant updates on our sites.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high functionality and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A proven experience of 5 years or more in WordPress development with demonstrated expertise in theme and plugin customization; experience with Shopify development is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of web development best practices, including SEO and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and familiarity with Shopify's Liquid templating language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
