Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern
to join our team and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation in a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, reports, and documentation
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Final-year student pursuing a
    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication
    and
    organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with high attention to detail
