Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Karachi. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and providing support for personnel management. The intern will also perform tasks related to human resources management, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing general HR support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits management
  • Experience in Personnel Management is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
