Position Title: Procurement Officer

Department: Procurement / Supply Chain

Location: 3.5 km Defense Road, past Bobtian Chowk, Lahore.

Reporting to: Procurement / Purchase Manager

Experience Required: 1–2 years (preferably in manufacturing or construction sector)

Qualification: MBA (Supply Chain / Procurement / Operations preferred)

Job Purpose:

The Procurement Officer will assist in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the timely delivery of materials and services required for smooth operations. This role ensures compliance with procurement policies, maintains supplier relationships, and supports inventory and cost control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day procurement activities including sourcing, quotation collection, and order placement
  • Support the Procurement Manager in vendor evaluation and negotiation to ensure best value
  • Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track order delivery status
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of required materials
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with the store and warehouse teams
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and budget constraints
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for efficient communication and performance tracking
  • Support in developing procurement reports and documentation for audits and internal review

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain fundamentals
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with SAP / ERP or procurement software is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or relevant field
  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or construction industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
