About the Role
Bloom Therapy Center is seeking dedicated
Psychologists / ABA Therapists
to join our multidisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced professional or a motivated fresher, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges.
You'll play a key role in delivering
early intervention services
and implementing evidence-based strategies that support communication, behavior, and social skills development. Success in this role means seeing measurable progress in each child's abilities and empowering families through guidance and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans using ABA principles
- Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions
- Track and document progress, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists
- Offer parent training to encourage skill development at home
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- MSc in Clinical, Applied, or Child Psychology (or relevant field)
- Fresh graduates (less than 1 year experience) are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of ABA principles preferred (training provided if required)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
- Passion for child development and early intervention
