Responsibilities:

For the project of Australian Based Rental Company the following are the Responsibilities of an Associate Accountant of the Company:

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. This role supports the accounting team in various tasks, including accounts receivable (for current ass well as from old customers as recovery), payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
  • General Ledger Maintenance:
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Compliance and Auditing:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor budget performance and report variances.
  • Provide financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Other Duties:
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting systems and software.
  • Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Qualification:
  • Minimum B.Com (Hons.) / BBA / MBA / )
  • English Proficiency is Must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
