About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Accounts Payable Associate
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense verifications while ensuring timely and accurate financial processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and payments in line with company policies.
  • Reconcile courier accounts and vendor ledgers weekly/monthly.
  • Verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of transactions and payment schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audit preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
