Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laptop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops and other portable computing devices. The technician should have a strong understanding of hardware, software, and operating systems, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops.

Install, configure, and update operating systems, drivers, and software.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laptop components.

Ensure laptops are properly tested before being returned to clients or users.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Stay updated with current industry standards and technologies.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
