We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Consultant
to design and execute powerful brand growth and product activation strategies that will elevate Car Advisers' nationwide presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Launch & Growth Strategy

• Design, implement, and supervise end-to-end
  launch marketing strategies
  for all Car Advisers products and services.
• Develop
  post-launch growth roadmaps
  focused on retention, conversion optimization, and sustained visibility.
• Strategically introduce each product and offering — one by one — through storytelling, digital engagement, and community activation campaigns.
• Recommend and execute marketing interventions for growth based on
  data-driven insights, user feedback
  , and
  market performance
  .

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Lead the development of multi-phase marketing strategies for brand expansion and digital presence enhancement.
• Plan and execute
  multi-platform content marketing
  , integrating reels, influencer collaborations, digital ads, and PR.
• Personally engage in both
  field and office-based marketing activities
  , ensuring alignment between creative, operations, and performance teams.

3. Content & Creative Direction

• Oversee storytelling, scriptwriting, and production for brand campaigns and product launches.
• Guide visual direction for videos, graphics, and event-based campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

4. Influencer & Media Collaboration

• Identify and collaborate with top automotive influencers, vloggers, and media outlets to strengthen Car Advisers' digital footprint.
• Manage media buying, outdoor placement, and PR-based storytelling for brand amplification.

5. Digital Performance & Analytics

• Set and monitor KPIs for content engagement, conversions, and ROI across digital channels.
• Work closely with the marketing team to review performance data, recommend optimizations, and execute A/B tests.

6. Team Mentorship & Growth Enablement

• Mentor internal marketing and creative staff through workshops, strategy reviews, and performance-based evaluations.
• Build a collaborative, growth-oriented marketing culture focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum
  5 years of hands-on leadership experience
  in marketing with a successful digital product or brand launch history.
• Proven record in
  360° marketing campaigns
  , influencer management, and strategic growth execution.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Master's preferred).
• Candidates from
  Islamabad/Rawalpindi
  strongly preferred.
