Your Mission

As Country Manager for Pakistan, you'll be the driving force behind our local strategy. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales leader with deep ties in the FX world, someone who speaks the language of IBs, knows how to move volumes, and thrives in building something from the ground up.

This is a Tier 1 market. Expectations are high. So are the rewards.

What You'll Be Leading

  • Launch and execute local market strategy to meet Tier 1 growth targets, including wallet net deposits, FTD acquisition, and IB traction
  • Build and manage a local sales team that reflects Pakistan's unique trading dynamics
  • Oversee all local hiring across departments, with final decision authority
  • Act as the primary liaison with top IBs, clients, and regional stakeholders
  • Ensure market presence through direct outreach, event visibility, and strategic partnerships

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in the Forex or multi-asset brokerage space (minimum 5 years), including sales, operations, or senior commercial leadership
  • Proven success leading sales teams and delivering against ambitious KPIs such as wallet net deposits, FTDs, and conversion rates
  • Strong local network of IBs, partners, and traders, with a visible reputation in the market
  • Deep understanding of Pakistan's financial regulatory landscape, cultural dynamics, and client behaviours in the retail trading space
  • Hands-on management style. You build processes, train people, and drive initiatives without waiting for top-down direction
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle external partners, internal departments, and high-value clients with confidence
  • Commercial ownership mindset. You treat the market like it's your own business unit, balancing growth with accountability
  • Willingness to reside in Islamabad or spend a minimum of 6 months per year in the local market to ensure visibility and market traction
  • Fluency in English and Urdu, both verbal and written. Additional regional dialects are a plus
