Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift)

Timings: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Web Design Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the web design or digital services industry, a proven ability to generate revenue, and the communication skills to build strong client relationships. This role requires a motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and close potential clients for web design and digital services.

Manage and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and presentations to convert leads into sales.

Use Discord, email, and other communication tools for outreach and client engagement.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record in sales (preferably in web design, IT, or digital marketing services).

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (written & verbal).

Experience with Discord (community engagement, client communication, lead management).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.

Understanding of web design, UI/UX, and digital trends is a plus.
