We're Hiring – Business Developer Executive
Company: Dev Design Studio Hub
Position: Business Developer Executive (Design Campaigns)
Location: Suite 904, 9th Floor, Park Avenue, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
About the Role
Dev Design Studio Hub is looking for a Business Developer Executive with a strong background in design campaigns to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven experience in developing, pitching, and executing successful design campaigns, while driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the design campaign industry.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead.
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development for design campaigns (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of design, branding, and creative campaign solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business development targets.
• Ability to work in a night shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM) schedule.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and team-oriented.
