Job Description
Digit-it is hiring Calling Agents to join our energetic and growing team We are looking for individuals who are confident, motivated, and have strong communication skills. This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, assisting clients, and promoting our services in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and follow up with clients.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Represent the company professionally on all communication platforms.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Awareness of social media platforms.
- Flexible with work timings.
- Willing to work in a professional, team-oriented environment.
