About The Role
- Join a fast-growing, USA-based company as a Business Development Executive We are seeking an energetic, confident, and results-driven individual to drive sales growth by communicating clearly and persuasively with US customers. This is an excellent opportunity for closers ready for a night-shift role with high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound/inbound sales calls to US customers.
- Clearly present our products/services and handle objections.
- Negotiate, manage the pipeline, and close deals to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication (must be clear and confident for US clientele).
- Proven strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of international business development/sales experience (preferred).
- Ability to work the night shift (US business hours).
- Must have reliable internet and a dedicated, quiet home office.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
