We are looking for an SEO Specialist who understands both traditional SEO and the new search environment shaped by LLMs and AI Overviews. The role includes handling full blog workflows, improving website structure, and fixing technical issues that affect visibility across Google Search and AI-driven surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Planning

  • Perform keyword research based on intent, difficulty, and AEO-friendly phrasing.
  • Build topic clusters that support both search rankings and LLM retrieval.
  • Prepare detailed content briefs with headings, internal links, FAQs, and structured formats suited for AI summaries.
  • Plan content that answers questions clearly and aligns with how LLMs extract information.

Content Review & Publishing

  • Review drafts for clarity, correctness, formatting, and alignment with AEO and LLM guidelines.
  • Publish blogs in WordPress (or similar CMS) with correct metadata, structured headings, schema, alt text, and internal links.
  • Ensure content uses clear language, direct answers, and well-structured sections for better AI understanding.
  • Maintain and update a content calendar.

Technical SEO

  • Monitor indexing, crawling, and performance using Google Search Console and other tools.
  • Identify and fix issues such as:
  • Broken links
  • Slow pages
  • Indexing gaps
  • Mobile layout issues
  • Sitemap errors
  • Review site structure to support LLM comprehension (clean URLs, organized categories, consistent schema).
  • Work with developers when deeper fixes are needed.

AEO & LLM-Focused Tasks

  • Optimize content for AI Overviews by adding direct answers, summaries, lists, and schema.
  • Check how pages perform in AI-based tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and adjust content where needed.
  • Keep track of emerging search formats and adapt workflows accordingly.

Reporting

  • Track keyword rankings, content visibility, and page performance.
  • Report weekly progress with clear notes on content updates, technical fixes, and AEO/LLM improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and structured content.
  • Familiarity with AEO practices and how LLMs consume and summarise content.
  • Experience using Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and CMS platforms.
  • Ability to plan and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Good review habits, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and site structure.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Background in both content planning and technical improvements.
  • Experience with schema, structured content, and modern search formats is a plus.
