We're hiring a skilled, experienced
SEO Specialist
to manage, execute, and deliver on technical and content-driven SEO strategies for local, regional, and national campaigns across the U.S. You'll be directly responsible for improving keyword rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating results that impact revenue. This is not a training role. This is not a learn-on-the-job position.

If you do not have real-world SEO experience with proven deliverables and familiarity with tools like SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Search Console – do not apply.
Key Responsibilities

  • Run comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes.
  • Build and maintain keyword maps for each client project.
  • Optimize on-page SEO (titles, headings, content structure, schema, internal linking).
  • Implement local SEO strategies: manage citations, optimize Google Business Profiles, and local landing pages.
  • Monitor and improve page speed, indexation, crawl budget, and URL structure.
  • Develop backlink strategies and analyze referring domains.
  • Generate monthly SEO reports and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Track rankings, measure impact, and adjust strategies proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (local, national, or e-commerce).
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates and ranking factors.
  • Experience with GMB optimization, schema markup, and site audits.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
  • Must be able to track time daily using time-tracking tools (e.g., Jibble).
  • Excellent written communication in English.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and power backup.

Bonus (but not required)

  • Experience in client reporting and managing SEO retainers.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce SEO.
  • Past agency experience.
