Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi is looking for a
Creative Manager
with
4–5 years of proven experience
to lead our creative direction across campaigns, digital content, and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Oversee all visual content, including photoshoots, videos, social media, and print materials.
  • Lead a team of designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance brand presence across all platforms.
  • Ensure consistency and innovation in all creative output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in a creative or brand management role.
  • Strong understanding of social media aesthetics and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) is a plus.
