Position Overview

We are seeking a 
Creative Manager
 to join our team in collaboration with 
Dream Big Digital
 and 
Dysin Automobiles Ltd.
 The selected candidate will play a key role in managing 
marketing communications, content planning, and creative direction
 while also assisting with 
day-to-day office operations
 at Dysin Automobiles.

This role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to work across teams to ensure the company's marketing presence aligns with corporate culture and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage 
    creative marketing campaigns
     in collaboration with Dream Big Digital.
  • Oversee 
    brand communication
     across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Coordinate with both Dysin and DBD teams to ensure 
    consistent messaging and branding
    .
  • Assist in the creation of 
    content calendars, social media posts, and marketing materials
    .
  • Support 
    on-site presence
     by capturing team culture, events, and brand activities.
  • Provide 
    regular office support
     including coordination between departments, documentation, and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Act as a 
    bridge
     between Dream Big Digital's creative team and Dysin Automobiles' management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in 
    marketing, creative management, or communications
     (automobile industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to 
    manage multiple projects
     and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in 
    MS Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    social media platforms
     and digital marketing trends.
  • A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
