We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a talented Creative Designer
to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile designer with skills in both video editing
and
graphic design
. The role involves transforming product visuals into engaging short-form ads, promotional graphics, and campaign creatives that capture attention and drive results across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form videos into unique, high-converting ad creatives (for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Meta).
  • Add captions, hooks, transitions, and sound effects to maximize engagement.
  • Design
    posters, banners, and product graphics
    for campaigns and website.
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple variations for A/B testing.
  • Ensure all creatives align with OXR's brand identity and quality standards.
  • Deliver fast, polished work with minimal revisions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
    (video editing).
  • Strong skills in
    Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
    (graphic design).
  • Portfolio showcasing video ads and graphic work (preferably ecommerce-related).
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of design aesthetics and ad psychology.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback quickly.

Position & Compensation

  • Part-Time (20 hrs/week)
