Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including pizzas, breakfast items, and specialty dishes, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating guidelines to ensure high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with menu development and specials to provide guests with innovative, exciting dining options.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Supervisor and other staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook specializing in Continental cuisine (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Culinary certification or relevant culinary education is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
- Passionate about cooking with a keen eye for detail.
