We're launching an exclusive, first-of-its-kind, dining experience in Karachi. This is a smart, upscale space with a strong focus on quality, ambiance, and personalized guest experience. We are looking for a Sous Chef who's not just skilled in the kitchen, but also ready to help build something new with us from the ground up.
As our Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, manage prep and service, and support a team that's just as passionate about food as you are. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced service, keeps calm under pressure, and wants to be part of building a kitchen culture that's respectful, creative, and disciplined.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef with daily operations and kitchen planning
- Lead the team during service and ensure smooth, efficient flow
- Ensure all dishes meet quality, timing, and presentation standards
- Train junior staff and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate on menu development and seasonal ideas
- Maintain hygiene, storage, and food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Step in wherever needed—whether it's plating, prepping, or guiding
You're a good fit if you:
- Experience as a sous chef or senior line cook in a high-quality kitchen
- Strong grasp of kitchen systems, prep standards, and line coordination
- Passion for great food, plating, and detail
