Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Performance Marketer
with a strong background in
Lead Generation
to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, a strong grasp of conversion funnels, and hands-on experience in platforms like
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
, and CRM/automation tools such as
GoHighLevel
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other lead-gen channels.
  • Design and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for maximum conversion.
  • Implement A/B testing on ads, creatives, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and optimizing accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the automation team to set up
    CRM pipelines, AI callers, and lead nurturing workflows
    .
  • Research and test new channels, ad formats, and targeting opportunities.
  • Work with the content/design team to produce high-performing creatives.
  • Report weekly and monthly on lead generation performance, insights, and improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing for lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of
    GoHighLevel
    , , Zapier, or similar automation platforms is a plus.
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills for ad campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI calling tools like
