Educational Consultant (Study Abroad Counsellor)

FJS International Consultants is seeking a
dedicated and motivated Educational Consultant
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guiding students in achieving their study abroad dreams and building a successful future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counselling:
    Guide students about study options in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, UAE, and Asian countries.
  • Application Support:
    Assist students with admission applications, documentation, visa guidance, and interview preparation.
  • Career Counselling:
    Help students choose the right programs and universities based on their academic background and career goals.
  • Client Management:
    Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents, ensuring repeat referrals.
  • Sales & Conversion:
    Promote study abroad opportunities, generate leads, and successfully convert them into admissions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    Bachelor's degree
    (Master's preferred).
  • Prior experience in
    study abroad counselling
    will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of international admission and visa processes.
  • Strong sales and closing ability.

Compensation:

  • 50 % Commission-based role
    with high earning potential.
  • No fixed salary – earnings are directly performance-based.

Job Type:

  • Full-time
  • Timings:
    10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
