Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in student counselling or international education

  • Strong knowledge of international education systems (UK, Australia, etc.)

  • Proven counselling and application processing skills

  • Ability to respond promptly to student queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings

  • Responsible for preparing documentation and maintaining accurate student records

  • Must follow up with potential leads and manage counselling appointments efficiently


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of study abroad procedures

  • Proficiency in MS Office & Excel

  • Responsible, social, and student-focused attitude
