MIS Specialist

Position Overview:

Cedar's MISS are strategic and supportive advocates for Cedar and manage all the information of the company relating to customer, payment history, debt collection history and performance by providing a database that is modern and easy to use. On the other hand, A management information specialist is responsible for providing information and analysis to support decision-making and the effective management of an organization. This may include gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting with the development and implementation of systems and processes to support the organization's operations.

Responsibilities:

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation management.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectivelycommunicate with internal stakeholders.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions.

Familiarity with procurement policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and laws.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software systems.

Ability to think critically, problem solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people and build strong relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of administration (Optional)

Confident and fluent English speaker who may attend and organize meetings both within the department and between the departments.

Experience in transforming incoming data from any format to CRM language.

Strong analytical skills and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with computer systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
