Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Karāchi. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored interior solutions that meet their style and requirements. The responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting product presentations, and contributing to sales strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and represent the company's commitment to quality and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
  • Sales expertise with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering tailored solutions
  • Experience or knowledge in Sales Management and Training capabilities to mentor and guide team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative to meet individual goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge or experience in interior design or related industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software is advantageous
