Creative Garage Pvt Ltd Hiring for "ERP Implementation Executive"

Location: Islamabad

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.

Education: Bachelors of Business Administration with majors in Finance/ Bachelors of Computer Science

Time: 9AM to 5PM

Responsibilities:

·   Identify and troubleshoot system-related issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations.

. Escalate unresolved technical problems to the IT Department and ensure proper handover.

. Follow up on all queries until they are fully resolved, maintaining clear communication with clients.

. Monitor and oversee the performance of software deployed at client organizations to ensure optimal functionality.

. Track and document system usage flow to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvements.

Required Skills:

·    Energetic & confident

·    Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.

·    Good time management skills.

·    Good interpersonal skills.

·    Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

·    Good written and excellent verbal communication skills.

·    Ability to think critically.
