Senior Manager ERP

Job Purpose:

• Lead and manage all ERP-related activities across the organization.
• This role involves overseeing ERP configuration, development, optimization, and solution design while managing both functional and technical aspects of the ERP system.
• Ensures the alignment of ERP initiatives with business goals, driving system improvements

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ERP strategies to align with overall Departmental & Organizational goals.
• Define and drive the ERP roadmap, ensuring timely patches, and system improvements.
• Oversee ERP Configuration, customization, and Development optimization to ensure smooth business operations and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead solution design addressing both functional and technical aspects to ensure comprehensive ERP performance and integration.
• Manage ERP development initiatives ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and driving efficiency.
• Monitor and enhance ERP performance through regular assessment and patching.
• Ensure ERP problem management, addressing issues proactively and establishing long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Lead and mentor the ERP team, ensuring skill development, performance management, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the ERP team.
• Establish clear accountability and stewardship for ERP assets ensuring adherence to best practices and data security standards.
• Collaborate with Technical and business stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues.
• Oversee the integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications and platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and system enhancements.
• Serve as a liaison between business and functional areas ensuring ERP initiatives are well-communicated and executed.
• Drive ERP-related Digital Transformation initiatives enhancing operational capabilities and competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
• Represent ERP initiatives at senior management levels driving strategic planning and prioritization

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
• Certifications in Oracle ERP (e.g. Oracle E-Business Suite) or related technologies preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of ERP experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or Managerial role.
• Proven experience in ERP configuration, development, and optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in ERP solution design including both functional and technical aspects.
• Experience managing ERP teams and collaborating with external consultants and vendors.
• Familiarity with ERP integration with other enterprise platforms (CRM, DWH, etc.).
